- Paula J. West - For the past 26 years Paula and her husband have used real estate to "give them shelter" but always with an eye to resale and maximizing their investment. - Ted Terry arrived in Taos New Mexico in 1975 from the Midwest by way of the Angel Fire area. He bought the same house they live in today in 1976 and started investing in real estate that same year.
