She has been an athlete all her life, trained in many sports and was a Champion Collegiate High Jumper for the University of New Mexico. David Garver, co-owner and co- creator of Aurafitness, has been an A.C.E. certified personal trainer for 15 years. He is also trained in massage and reflexology, as well as indoor cycling. David also skis and plays baseball in the Taos Men’s Baseball League, and is an avid outdoor cyclist. David is a trained screen and stage actor, as well as a singer-songwriter and recording artist. David believes in building strength, cardio endurance, and flexibility, whether you are a high level athlete, week-end warrior, post surgery re-hab, or house-wife.
