Cardio Area A spacious area with views of the outdoor pool and tennis courts, equipped with 40 cardio machines - including Adaptive Motion Trainers, treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes and rowing machines. Three Flat Screen TV’s, with individual head set connections. Weight Room The weight room includes a complete 18 piece FreeMotion selectorized machine circuit, plate loaded strength equipment and a full compliment of free weights. FreeMotion, Precor, Paramount, Iron Grip. Studio 1 Over-sized studio with floating wood floor equipped with various types of group exercise equipment. Spinning A dynamic spinning program lead by Mad Dogg certified instructors, 25 bikes in a sun-filled studio. Studio “B” Intimate studio with floating bamboo floor available for group personal training and members Tennis Complex Equipped with 4 tennis courts and gorgeous mountain views. Pools The club offers two pools: a Jr. Olympic heated outdoor pool plus a shallow wading pool, perfect for toddlers and a multi-purpose indoor pool. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours are 9 am to 6:30 pm. Both pools employ completely automated chemical sensing and injecting systems to insure the right water balance is constantly maintained. Taos Spa & Tennis Club offers a menu of massage therapies and treatments ranging from deep tissue sports massage to luxurious treatments incorporating exotic aromas, water heated stones and deeply relaxing techniques and salt glows.
