Stray Dog Cantina has been serving delicious Northern New Mexican food and drinks in the Taos Ski Valley for over 20 years. We are especially famous for our red & green chile (100% flame roasted), chile rellenos, great burgers, and breakfast burritos. Our bar offers a wide selection of bottled beers, locally brewed draft beer, as well as a full bar - home of our renowned Margaritas. Tim and Laurie Harter first opened the Stray Dog Cantina, located at the base of the Taos Ski Valley, in 1989. Stray Dog Cantina has built a solid reputation around their great food, fun atmosphere, and deliciously strong margaritas. Marcos Aragon, Rachele Griego and Tori Mendes all from Santa Fe have acquired the Stray Dog Cantina and they are committed to maintaining and building on the Stray Dog's reputation as "the" place to eat and drink in the Taos Ski Valley.
