Valverde Commons’ twenty-eight home sites will be clustered around four acres of green space with full-on views of Taos Mountain. Each home—which may vary from around 800 square feet to 2,500—will be owner designed within guidelines of sustainability such as passive solar construction and orientation and water catchment systems. Lot sizes have been created to maximize common green space. Homes will have city utilities as well as amenities exclusive to Valverde Commons including a community house; barn and workshop.
