Just 16 miles past the Gorge Bridge on Hwy. 64, near Tres Piedras. The parcels at Rancheros de Taos are ideal for primary residences, second homes, or investment. Just 15 minutes from the renowned Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, Rancheros de Taos is a short commute to Taos, yet far enough from town to feel the "Big Sky." The land at Rancheros de Taos slopes gently to the south (ideal for solar), and has some small pinon pine trees mixed with sage and beautiful wildflowers and native grasses. Elk, antelope, migrating snow geese, whooping cranes, and ducks are all part of the scenery. At under $6,000 to $8,000 per acre for 2 and 4 acre parcels, Rancheros de Taos could be the best real estate value in the area, with the most amenities available.
