Ted Terry arrived in Taos New Mexico in 1975 from the Midwest by way of the Angel Fire area. He bought the same house they live in today in 1976 and started investing in real estate that same year. Ted Terry became licensed as a real estate broker in 1981. Ted and his wife are raising two sons who are now both in college. Ted Terry is a former vice-president of the Taos County Association of Realtors and current Vice President of our state real estate association. Ted Terry is currently the vice chair of the legislative committee of the Realtors Association of New Mexico. Ted Terry specializes in the listing and sale of land properties here in Taos. For many years he has represented buyers of all kinds for real estate. Ted Terry also represent clients who are interested in developing land for subdivision and commercial real estate projects. Ted Terry invests in land and develops small residential subdivisions in Taos and Colfax counties. Ted's wife teaches at Taos High School. Ted Terry enjoy traveling and is an avid fly fisherman.
