Taos Mesa Brewing will feature 6-9 distinct beers on draught at all times: 5 staple products and 3-4 seasonal or specialty beers in rotation. In addition, TMB will feature 15 other regional craft beers to create an authentic Tap Room.
With the initial 7 bbl system and our ample tanks and cold storage, this can range up to 9 varieties without compromising the quality of the beer. Top quality, consistent, and highly quaffable beer will be the TMB signature. The beer will be produced in an all grain infusion mash brew house.
