Tailwater Gallery of Taos was inspired by Jack and Stephanie Woolley's life long love of flyfishing. Stephanie, the featured artist, has lived and painted in the Taos area since 1987. Her representational watercolors and sculpture depict fishing, wildlife, landscapes, and people of New Mexico and the west. Her husband, Jack, manages the Solitary Angler guide service offering quality flyfishing without the crowds. Together they have created a gallery with paintings, sculpture, and unique pieces from other artists that portray the beauty, whimsy, and magic of the outdoor life in New Mexico.
