The Taos Fly Shop and Streit Fly Fishing are family owned and operated businesses. The Streit family works together to create a team of experienced and knowledgeable fishermen whether you are hiring a guide or asking for the "it" fly at the shop. The Streits are the experts when it comes to fly fishing northern New Mexico. Taos Fly Shop's reign of renown ran from 1980-1988. After a hiatus of 16 years it is reopening in June, and at its last known whereabouts-308B Paseo Del Pueblo Sur.
